Suggest Cause For Sharp Abdominal Pain With Constipation
Hello, I ve got a sharp pain to the left/lower left of my belly if you re looking at my stomach head on when i do physical activity . I ve also had some constipation the past week or so and been really fatigue when competing in athletics. My athletic trainer believes I have a strained ab, but I think its something worse

A lot of factors can cause constipation with abdominal pain
- mainly decrease fiber intake (ex fruit ,vegetable and whole grain) and decrease fluid intake.
-some medical illness like hypothyroidism , Parkinson’s and IBS
- drugs like antihistamines and some over the counter antacids .
