I noticed a flat red dot on my daughters bottom lip when she was a little over a month old. now she is little over two months old and the red dot isnt flat anymore it turned into a smal red bubble on her bottom lip. her lip is the only area on her body that had the red bubble. what can it possibly be?

Hello thanks for consulting at hcm..
Firstly it could be due to breast or bottle feeding, due to the friction,, it could have resulted.. So nothing to worry..
Try applying vaseline..to reduce the friction caused during feeding..

It could also be port wine stain which is hereditary or cold sores if fever is preceding....

If problem persists please consult a paediatrician for a check up and treatment...
