General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having adhesion to fascia, muscles and intestines giving rise this pain particularly while stretching and some movements.
Mesh might have well adjusted in abdomen.
Nothing to worry, this is common.
Ok and take care.
