Suggest Cause For Headache & Dizziness

So when I woke up this morning I was extremely dizzy to the point where I had to grab a wall in order to not fall down. And I went to the restroom and when I bent down I was even more dizzy. I had a headache coming along and I couldn t eat breakfast because I felt so nauseous. I do have anxiety and I usually feel dizzy because of that. But I don t know if it s that? The feeling lasted for about 6 or 7 hours

Hello!

Thank you for your question on HCM!

I appreciate your concern!

Your symptoms seem to be related to a cervical spondylarthrosis which is a common cause of dizziness and headache.

It may be aggravated by a wrong position of the head during sleep.

I would recommend you to consult with your GP, have a cervical column xray.

An inner ear disorder can also cause similar symptoms.
So physical examination by the ENT specialist may be needed too.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings! Dr. Aida
