Suggest Cause For Bumps In Eye

I was wondering is it normal to get bumps on your black eye? I got hit in the side of the face and there is a knot and on top of it is little bumps. There are about 8 tiny bumps. And the little dark spot under my eye progressively gets darker and more intense. Can you help me?

Pot injury black eye and bump are possible. They are self limiting should go without treatment. Can give some cold compression and test the vision for precaution and further treatment.
