hi. I've been getting strange headaches that seem to activate when I bend over, look down or reach. they prwasn't unilaterally on the back right top of head and feel like a bruise. this isn't an aneurysm is it? what could it be, and how can I get rid of them?
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. Yes, this kind of headache (positional headache) is seen with hypertension and brain eneurysm. So get done blood pressure monitoring and MRI brain. If both these these are normal then no need to worry much. Migraine can also cause similar headaches. So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid excessive sun exposure. Start combination of Propranolol and flunarizine once daily at night time. Don't worry, you will be alright. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
