Suggest Cause And Remedy For Pimples On Penis

I have recently noticed these pimple like bumps on the side of my penis on my foreskin area. I m not sexually active and they appeared about a week ago. They are filled with blood and a clear like substance. One of them cleared up but the other is becoming bothersome. After I drain it of blood, it seems to refill itself. Need help asap

I really appreciate your concern, such skin lesion of penis could be due to infection and it may be bacterial in origin it can be managed with topical antibiotic, and best would be "Povidone Iodine" ointment, take care for cleaning the area, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
