Suggest Cause And Remedy For Lightheadedness And Fainting

got myself laughing so hard earlier this evening that I actually became light headed. I was seated at a table in a restaurant and the next thing I know I'm trying to pick myself off the floor, having fainted and smashed my head.

5'9" 48 yrs, asthmatic but asymptomatic

I really appreciate you concern and looking to the history given here I could say that laughing loudly is kind of manure and this could cut down the blood circulation to brain and this could cause fainting, but this is not the common phenomenon and more common with some cardiac disease, so take care and have a nice day.
