Suggest Better Treatment For Anal Fissure And Pain During Bowel Movement

Hello Doctor,
I am aged 50 years, I had a problem of anal fissure along with pain during urination after every time of defecation. For which I consulted a Gastroenterologist. He prescribed Diltiact 2% gel, Duphalac, Isbagol powder. I am taking all these for a month. Bleeding with stool stopped but still I have pain every time with the above symptoms. Please give your suggestions and medical advice
