Hello Dr, I have multiply fibroid, largest being 4 cm and the smallest being 2.8 with no pain, no heavy bleeding but bloating and weight gain. I hear a lot of advise from friends that doesn t really make sense, what do you think is the best solution for my fibroid, especially the bloating. is there any particular food or drink to avoid.

Dear patient
What is your age ? Have you completed your family? If you are past middle age and your family is complete best treatment is hysterectomy. If family life is not complete and you want to conserve uterus treatment is hysterectomy and removal of large fibroid. The are many ways for hysterectomy 1. Vaginal 2. Abdominal 3. Laparoscopy assisted. You need to consult expert gynecologist nearby you and get yourself examined. Particular fluid or food in not responsible for bloating. All the best
