Suggest Best Alternative Medication For Silver Sulfadiazine

I want a similar alternative to silver sulfadiazine. NOT Neosporin. Or similar oily keep the burn burning ointments. Can you offer a very close replacement. All medications have side effects even aspirin. It is silly to me that they turned a burn cream into an RX. Especially one that is so effective. Big money pharmaceuticals.

. Alternate to silver sulfadiazine can be Betadine or Soframycin.

2. If surface atea of Burns is >15% consider visiting a hospital or burn centre.
