Suggest Ayurvedic Treatment For Bulky Uterus

I had my periods three times in a month within a gap of ten days.My ultra sound report shows that i have bulky uterus with thin endometrium.The size is 9.2*5.0*3.5 cms. What could be the problem & the solution. Is there any cure in Ayurvedic medecine.

1. provide with age and Menstrual history.
2. eat food rich in vitamin B complex and Zinc.
3. complaint of Leucorrhea??
4. avoid constipating foods: fried-sour foods, protein rich diet, potatoes, pumpkin,spices, bakery items.
5. take omega 3 fatty acids alongwith milk,rice,moong dal, light diet, bitter gourd,drumstick,cucumber and all backward bending 'assans' are recommended.
6. drink plenty of warm water and keep your bowel habits regular.
7. In Ayurveda/Homeopathy: they can be given to minimize the effect of symptoms due to the above said pathology but 'surgery' is the best available option.
