Suggest An Remedy To Reduce The Stomach Size

I had an endemetrial ablation on sept 1st 2011, I have gained 5kilos (we generally follow a healthy diet) since then All on my stomach, is there anything I can do that will help reduce this, it is beginning to upset me a great deal. thank you, Lesley

Thank you for contacting HCM.

To reduce and maintain weight you need to take care for two things:

First, your daily calories intake should be less than the required at that specific age.
Second, you need to perform light exercise on daily basis along with taking healthy food.

Avoid:
> Chocolates
> Oily/fatty food
> Fast Food

Take lots of fresh fruits and water.
By combining above mentioned steps you will gradually loose weight BUT keep in mind that reducing weight is a slow process. You need to remain persistent.
