Suggest An Effective Treatment For Sinus

Hello, my mother told me to check here first before deciding what to do about my Sinus pain that I been having. Had it before for a few months last year and it s acting up again. Wondering what kind of sinus med I should take or should I go a head and go see a doctor about it. It s on the right side of my face.

I can understand your concern. Sinusitis headache occurs around periorbital region, feels like heaviness in head, occurs more during daytime, associated with post nasal discharge. As you are already a diagnosed case of sinusitis, I am providing you list of few points which will provide you relief in your symptoms
: Avoid cold food and environment
: Steam inhalation 4 to 5 times daily
: Increase intake of hot food and beverages
: You can take combination of Cetrizine, Paracetamol and Xylometazoline tablet combination for relief. It will relieve sinus edema and pain.
: You can take antibiotic course like co-amoxyclav tablet after proper prescription. Usual dose is 625 mg thrice a day for 7 days, what I prescribe in an adult patient.
Hope it will help you. But still no relief, you can consult doctor.
