Suggest An Alternative To Trazodone And Ambien For Insomnia

My husband is on dialysis,he is end stage,right now he takes ambien for sleep but soon the co pay will go up considerably and will start costing us considerable more.We looking for another sleeping aid and have tried trazodone 50 mg.so far it hasn t worked and has caused my husband to be dizzy.Can you suggest any alternatives? Thank you.Joan Meddaugh

Other alternatives for sleep are klonopin and ativan. These are not costly and easily available. But these are prescription drugs.
