Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Antabuse is having Disulfiram.
It is given for alcoholic patients for quitting alcohol.
If you are comfortable enough not to drink alcohol, you can take Antabuse once a week.
It is all about your self control and motivation.
Disulfiram will cause reaction if you drink alcohol.
So if you don't drink alcohol, no need for Disulfiram.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
