Suggest An Alternative Of Glimestar

Sir earlier I was taking glimestar pm4(metfortin-500mg) here in india...But now it has been banned here and now I am taking glimestar pm4 forte...The composition of which consists of metfortin (1000mg) ...Now because of this I am suffering from diarrhoea..Could you please tell me any alternative for glimestar pm4?

Hello,

You should take metformin doses because this drug is well tolerated and first line medication for diabetes because it's having fewer side effects most it does not cause hypoglycemia. So instead of an alternative, you should adjust the dose if possible.
