Suggest An Alternative Of Acitrom

I suferred stroke in 2007 due to clotting in right middle cerebral artery. since then I am on acitrom 2mg and preva 75 mg.Doctors say that acitrom is to be continued life long but now my bones are getting weaker & diagnosed with osteoporosis. can I stop acitrom&replace it with any other blood thinner to save my bones

Dabigratan are newer blood thinner. You can discuss with your physician/ neurologist but get your PT, INR LFT checked and then change it.
