Suggest An Alternative Medicine For MDD And Panic Disorder
Hi. I have MDD and a panic disorder. I m currently prescribed on sertraline and lorazepam. I m not sure if the sertraline really works for me, due to how my depressive episodes function. I was off it for a few weeks, then restarted it a few days ago when my anxiety and depression started acting up. My symptoms have gotten a little worse over the past few days, so I m wondering if maybe I should stop taking the sertraline altogether, in case that it might be aggravating my syptoms.

First of all, Sertraline gives its effect after 3 weeks of the regular intake and you should take it at night as it can cause sedation.
Second, you should take lorazepam for 3 days and withdraw it in 3 days to avoid addiction.
