Suggest An Alternative Medication For Cold And Cough For A 2.5-year-old Baby Boy

Respected sir my baby is 2 year 6month .he is suffered from fever, cold and cough from 4 day with doters suggest give him Combiflam suspension,Azithral-XL liquid200 and Antihistaminic Expectorant but now relief from fever but he is suffering cold and cough

Hi...Can understand your concern.As per your query about cold and cough in your child who is 2.5 years old .....If you doesn't feel any improvement in cough cold even after giving azithral for few days you need to change the antibiotics like amoxicillin with a cough syrup like honnitus on advice of your pediatrician.Beside medications you should keep him warm and use warm water for drinking.I hope the information helps you.Take care.
