Hello,

I can understand your concern. Vizylac is a medicine that provides Vitamin B complex supplements. If you want a substitute for that, you can go for any vitamin B complex medicine such as B-Folcin.

In addition, as your daughter is having diarrhea along with high fever, it does not seem due to vitamin deficiency or teething. It suggests bacterial infection that should be treated with prescription antibiotics.

During teething process, children tend to put odd things in their mouth for chewing due to sore gums. In the process, they might pick up some bacterial infection due to unsterile objects put in mouth.

My advise to you is to visit a pediatrician for the course of antibiotics and do not depend on just vitamin supplements.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic, I wish your daughter gets well soon.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
