Suggest An Alternate For Folitrax

Is there an alternate for Folitrax 10mg as it causes nausea, stomach upset, giddiness, fatigue. I am looking if there is an injection instead of tablet which avoids all these problem. My mom is taking twice a week and she is going through a lot of pain after taking this. She cant eat properly, she cant sleep and she vomits what she eats sometime. Would appreciate quick response.
