Hi

From your notes it is clear that you took MTP pill for remains of conception. The bleeding should start in a day or two. This bleeding is not usually heavy. If you don't start bleeding in a weeks time, you must see your doctor.

Depending on the volume of remains of conception, your doctor will discuss with you the following options, for you to choose.
1. Expectant management-Awaiting natural expulsion
2. Repeating another dose of Misoprostol
3. surgery to empty the uterus.
Discuss with your doctor about starting antibiotics to prevent infection.

I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
