Suggest Alternatives For Soframycin To Treat Bed Sores

My grand father p.muniswamy is suffering from bed sores its is in 3rd stage .he if suffering a lot form that so we used the medicine called soframycin cream but we feel it is not working so I need a suggestion for good medicine which can cure his problem

Hi.
As per your case history of bed sores.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid pressure on the affected part.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
