Suggest Alternative Treatment For Lichen Planus Black Spots

Hi, I am suffering from lichen planus for last 20 yrs. I have taken both treatment from homeopathy and aelopthy but I have no improvement. Rasesh are spread on my both hands and face it left dark patches on my face do you have permanent treatment of this disease. Plz suggrst me.
