Suggest Alternative Treatment For Deviated Nasal Septum
Hello doctor...i have a deviated nasal septum since childhood....few years back had undergone surgery done it felt good but still nose appeared crooked....recently i had got an infection which i had consulted my family doctor in India, now i am back in UK where i live and work and still continuing with my doctors pills and nasal sprays ,,,

I understand your concern.
Septoplasty is the surgery for deviated nasal septum, which you might have undergone earlier.
Since you are not relieved completely with the problems, you may need an opinion from ENT surgeon along with Plastic surgeon so that your nose could be reconstructed properly.
Kindly get evaluated from them for further management in this regard.
