Suggest Alternative Medication For Ringworms On Left Hand

hi doctor, i am ruthika, i am suffering from ringworms on my left hand since 1 month...i was prescribed with Zimig tablet and levocetrizine hydrochloride tablet once a day and ketoconazole cream for 15 days...but its been 1 week i was on treatment with these medications..but i dont see any improvement..instead the infection started spreading and the circle has turned out to be so big than before...please give me a solution for this.

Hello,

It may be due to fungal infection. For that you may apply clotrimazole ointment locally. You may require fluconazole tablet after consultation. Avoid sweating. Maintain proper hygiene. In case of not getting relief you may consult with dermatologist.
