Hi There

As LOTREL contains two different class of anti hypertensive, as a cardiology practitioner its important for me to know what type of side effect you are having so that i could understand which drug in LOTREL is causing the trouble. As you bp is under control so its advisable that you should consult your treating doctor personally to sort it out.

The other class of drugs which you can be started on is Angiotension Receptor Blockers, Beta blockers, Diuretics etc. But let me make something clear here that no medicine comes without side effects and we always need to consider the RISK BENEFIT ratio before changing the medicine.

I wish you Good Health
