Suggest Alternative Medical Treatment For A Paraplegic Stroke Patient

My father is stroke patients from last 8th month, he can t speak, can t eat, and had right side paralyzed, can t sit or move. He took the medicine Levipill,Eptoin,cilacar10, last eight month,how long this medicine to continue, we continu give physiotherapy but no improve ment at all what should we do, he had a sever cough give different type of medicine from last 2month but coughing is not curied, what to do, pls help

I understand that your father had developed stroke 8 months ago and is now not able to speak, not able to eat and had right Upper Limb and Right Lower Limb Paralysed

The Recovery from Stroke depends on the amount of areas in brain which had been affected. To know this We need to look at the CT and MRI Images

Have you done any CT and MRI
If so, please share the images
If not, please do a MRI and share the images

Based on the areas affected, we can decide how to proceed
