Hello ..... Thank you for asking query. I gone through you Query. In typhoid major symptom is high grade fever . lethargy, some time headache can occur as it can cause dehydration due to problem in digestion ,loose motion, vomiting like symptoms. so headache can be associated with typhoid or any fever ,sometime people having history of migraine in past , it will trigger migraine attack, but treatment is to take good amount of water or fresh juices ,panadol tab 2 tab after food every 6 hourly Check you Bp as low Bp is major cause you feel dizzy, soft diets ,low caffeine, so slowly and gradually it will go, as your body is still in recovery,but make sure to complete treatment of typhoid , follow up for typhoid is needed as it take long time to fully treat this fever as it is resistant to some antibiotic which DR can find out through blood test, Hope you got answer,hope you will benefit,feel free to ask any query.
