Suggest A Safe And Effective Weight Loss Medication
Hi, I am 50 years old and have put on about 10 kgs in the last year. I exercise and limit my food but cannot shred the weight. Could you recommend a safe effective weight loss medication? I work in sports and need to shred it as quickly as possible to meet fitness requirements. Thank you, Michael

I really appreciate your concern, if this is to reduce the weight then best way for it to cut down the calorie in diet and do exercise you can even try medicine but it may not give promising result, it is numbers or drugs available and it need to be taken under the medical supervision and for that you have to consult the physician and dietician hope this information helps.
