Suggest A Remedy For Severe Pigmentation On Facial Skin

I have applied Tan pack in the saloon and after two days applied garlic paste to face as to reduce the pimples as suggested in tv. Chemical burn happened on the face and very big black spots are on the face. Took home remedies and the black layer was removed in a week and after that i t was exposed to sun and turned again black. i went to dermitolgist and he said pigmentation is very severe and suggest some medicines. But there is no use of those medicines.Kindly suggest.

As per your complain it seems that you have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation leading to dark spots on face..
I would suggest you to start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can apply Vitamin E and C containing creams..
You can also apply Azaelic acid creams..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
You should avoid sun exposure and if you are exposed to sun always apply sunscreen lotion and also cover your face with a scarf..
Take Vitamin C supplements and drink plenty of water..
You can also go for treatments like Chemical peeling, Microdermabrasion, photofacial etc.
