Hey ive been feeling really down lately. I mean im struggling enjoying any daily activitys so find myself not doing anything anymore. I think about antidepressants but don t trust the tablets with side effects and long term effects. Is there anything else not as full on that I could possibly try?

Most of the cases of Mild depression resolve on its own if following lifestyle modifications and self awareness programmes are followed: 1. Take proper sleep of 7 hour every night . Slee and wake up at same times everyday . 2. start doing exercise daily. 3. computerized cognitive behavioural therapy sessions are quite essential in which computer programme helps in making better understanding of depression and also teaches how to deal with it and how negative thinking should be changed into positive attitude. Your GP can instruct you for this . In most of the cases of mild depression above mentioned efforts are enough to resolve the issue . I would suggest you to discuss about it with your GP .
