Am having some shaking stomach after eating and also sometimes when I go bed early after eating. It really keeps me awake for sometime till I finally feel like the food has digest before I am able to sleep. Why? This just started not more than 2 weeks now.

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
The problem you are facing should be because of some gastrointestinal problem such as gastric esophageal reflux syndrome (GERD), peptic ulcer, mild gastritis, indigestion etc. You could do following remedies.

1. Take health foods like green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grains etc. Avoid too much of citrus fruits. Avoid too spicy & fried food.
2. Never drink much water after having food. However water may be drink in any quantity 30 minutes before meals.
3. Avoid heavy diet especially dinner. Don't lay immediately after having meals. A 2-3 hours gap between sleep & dinner is recommended.
4. You could also take omeprazole 20 mg empty stomach in the morning for 2 weeks.

If problem persist consult a gastroenterologist
Hope this information helps
