Suggest A Diet Plan To Reduce Gas.

My mother is 56yrs old and she has been diabetic for like 5 yrs now she also has high blood pressure right now she has been on the meds telsar h and glimstar for past 5 yrs recently she has started having huge gas problem now she farts and it has a very foul smell sometimes its unbearable .can you please suggest a diet plan for her inorder to reduce the gas problem .presently she has been eating 5 to six times a day her day starts with milk tea plain with oats and then at 12 pm she starts to have milk tea with 2 chappaties then at 4 pm she takes tea witb biscuits and the dinner at 7pm often rice .

You have problem of abdominal gas that can treated by proper diet and lifestyle modifications.

Drink more water per day.
Use tulsi leaves fo proper digestion.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, Turnip, broccoli, onions, carbonated drinks etc...

Chew a food properly so air not entrapped.
Drink a liquid before meal so lose stomach acid.

Lemon water and pippermint tea help in gas relife.
Simethicone drug can help in gas relife.

Ginger and garlic use in daily food to improve digestion. Tulsi leave at morning help to increase a immunity and improve a digestion.

Use fruits like kiwi ,peach and avocado.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
