Suggest A Diet Plan For A Jaundice Patient

Hi .. i m suffering from jaundice since last 13 days now i m much better Alhamdulillah .. and urine colour is normal now ,eye pigmentation is also better than lasts .. pls suggest the diet what should i follow now ? Shall i take now .... chiken , meat colddrinks , bitter nuts ???

Advice
1.     Take proper rest. Do not involve in strenuous activity for few months.
2.     Avoid chicken , meat cold drinks , and bitter nuts
3.     Make sure that you drink clean, uncontaminated water
4.     Take vegetables and fruit juice.
5.     Avoid alcohol and medicines known to cause liver damage such as paracetamol
6.     Avoid excess salt as it increases edema of liver
7.     Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day
8.     Avoid oily & spicy food
9.     Investigations – Serum bilirubin, SGPT/SGOT, Hb%, HBV/HCV screening
