Hello!
I read carefully your query.
If I were your treating first I would try to exclude thyroid problems(Hypothyroidism) which is a low functioning of thyroid gland. This condition cause tiredness, sleepiness, weakness and other symptoms you have had.You need to do thyroid tests that include TSH,FT3,FT4 and thyroid ultrasound to exclude this possibility.

-You also need to do a complete blood count to exclude an anemia(low red blood cells and low hemoglobin)
-Sugar blood level to exclude Diabetes.

If all these tests result normal ,you can take some vitamin supplements, drink coffee, and start to do physical activity regularly.
Eat healthy foods, mostly green vegetables and drink plenty of fluids.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care.
Dr.Rovena.
