Hallow Dear,

Do you mean any intrauterine device free of chemicals or medicines incorporated in them? There are Copper T devices available which are without any hormones impregnated in them. Of course, copper is a metal and if you are reluctant for that also, you have following more reliable methods of contraception available.

One is condom which you are reluctant to use. So let me not advise it to you.

The other are hormonal contraceptives. You may have them in the form of pills to be taken daily, devices to be fitted under the skin or in Injectables. Which format would you like to have them? If you are considering these medicines also chemical and are reluctant to take them, then you are left with only traditional contraceptive practices like safe period, withdrawal technique, etc. which are not at all reliable. They have more failure rates than success.

There is one more method which is known as Billings method. At and around egg release (ovulation) the discharge at vaginal outlet becomes quite copious and you can draw a long thread of it between the thumb and index figure. So if this thread is longer than 9 inches, you should not have sex. When the thread breaks and the discharge is copious, it is safer to have sex.

So please have informed choice from these available methods.
