Suffering With Shingles, Have Developed Large Raised Blisters That Seem To Be Ready To Pop. When Will This Happen?

I have had shingles for 9 days now and have developed blisters that are dime size and raised pretty high all over my torso on the left side. They appear ready to burst but have not. When will this happen? They are so big it s hard to believe they will burst on their own. In messing with them I burst one by mistake. Will this cause problems?

If the blisters are large enough, its better to get them punctured by 24 gauge needle under aseptic conditions. Also take prophylactic antibiotic to avoid bacterial infection. I hope you must have completed the course of aciclovir/famciclovir/valaciclovir.
