Suffering With Renal Stones, Have Been Rejected From Seeking Treatment Due To Diabetes And HIV. What Can Be Done?

Dear Doctor, My father-in-law is suffering from stones in kidney. The doctor who examined (Apollo Hospitals , Jubilee Hills) rejected to treat him since he is also suffering diabetes, and HIV . Is it the case, why cant a urologist treat kidney stones when he is suffering from HIV. Where can my Father-in-law can find a treatment in Hyderabad? Who will treat him? Please suggest.

diabetis and HIV are not the cause for rejection. Also most of the cases of diabetes end up in dialysis which is usually not done in an individual with HIV
