Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Dear friend, welcome to HCM.
is your submucous fibrosis due to " guthka" habit?

if yes, have you given it up?
headache and twitches can not be due to submucous fibrosis.
what did your neurologist say?
any tests done?
pl. elaborate, then I could tell you something.
awaiting details.
