Suffering with hair fall, prescribed minoxidil topical solution. What other things can I incorporate along with medicine?

Hello Doctor, i am 21 year old boy, I have been suffering from hair fall . i have been advice to use Minoxidil Topical Solution usp 10% by my doctor. i am using Mx-10 from last one month and my hair is almost damage, (thin and rough). would you please suggest me, what to eat or not. can i use egg on my hair during my treatment with Mx-10. what kind of shampoo should i use. In one week how many times should i wash my hair. Please suggest me. Thankyou
