The leg cramps
is most likely due to dehydration
and salt loss due to your diarrhoea
. I would advise you to take plenty of fluids and Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS
) - which will be able to replace your water and salt loss. If this is followed, then your cramps should subside within a day or two. If you can't get ORS, then you can add a pinch of salt to your fluids and also take pottassium rich foods like bananas, tender coconut, etc.
