hello!
please take him to general surgeon first.
the symptoms what you are mentioning can be due to variety of causes, may be something related to blood coagulation itself, or some local pathology related to gastrointestinal or urinary tract.
some routine blood tests like complete blood count, urine and stool can be useful in aiding the diagnosis.
hope this helps you.
