Suffering With Azoospermia, Varicocele. Suitable Treatment?
Dear sir,i am 34 yrs old male.i am suffering from azoospermia with varicocele.but i do not feel sensation or pain in testis,plz advice me....Semen analysis report amount-1.5 ml coloura and appearance-whitish transluscent viscosity-normal liquefaction time-10 min ph-8.5 fructose-present total sperm count-no mature sperms seen..occasional precursors forms seen pus ceels-6-8/hpf WBC-NIL RBC-NIL...2 REPORT-Occasional epithelial cells-5-6/hpf candida trichomonas-absent HORMONAL REPORT; LH-6.39 MLU/ML FSH-4.39 MLU/ML SERUM TESTOSTERONE-4.41 ng/ml SERUM PROLACTIN-10.95 ng/ml U/S SCROTUM: IMPRESSSION-BILATERAL VARICOCOELES GRADE 1-2 ON RIGHT AND GRADE 2 ON LEFT...
Sorry to hear about your problem. Your azoospermia could be because of two reasons. One is the presence of pus cells in your semen, which indicates the presence of infection and that needs to be treated with a prolonged course of antibiotics. The other cause of azoospermia could be the presence of bilateral varicocele, which is a known cause of infertility.
