Suffering With Antral Gastritis, Got Extreme Nausea And Vomiting On Taking Somprax, Advised Dompridone. Right Treatment?
I am diagnosed by UGI that I am suffering from Antral gastritis with Lax GE junction at 36 cm. I have taken Sompraz LS and Sompraz for 45 days. Then I got suffered from Extreme Nausea and Vomiting . Now I am on Dompridone 10 mg Morning and 10 mg Evening before meal and Prothiden 100 mg daily. I want to check that is my treatment is going in right direction

Such type of gastritis usually results due to poor gastric motility so you are already using domperidone for motility. your treatment is right however i will suggest an additional use of antacids to prevent reflux
