Dear Nilesh, welcome to HCM!

Take care a
I can understand your problem , but the query asked is difficult to read/ understand.

AKT 4 is a combination pack.
The rifampicin 'capsule'(softer) of 450 mg should be taken on empty somach in the morning.
The remaining 'tablets' can be had afterward after breakfast.

If any doubt, please personally ask your doctor.
Good Luck!
I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily.
Thank you!

Pulmonologist Dr. Shashi Dangwal's  Response
The standard regimen for TB treatment is AKT4(contains 4 different types of drugs) for 2 months and then AKT2(two types os drugs) for 4 months. All TB medicines have to be taken together in the morning on empty stomach and nothing to be taken by mouth for at least half hour. This is as per WHO recommendations and help in better absorption of drugs in the body. This may sound very flimsy but is an important step in preventing the developing resistant TB which is a major health problem.
