Suffering With Pleurisy . Taking Hydroxychloquinone, Prednisone And Been Prescribed Celebrex 400 Mg Per Day For The Pain. Advice?

I have been suffering with Pleurisy for the last 9 months. The doctors say it's due to my SLE but till date I dont see any progress to it. I am taking hydroxychloquinone,prednisone 10 mg and been prescribed celebrax 400 mg per day for the pain. I am not taking any pain medication because nothing works. I am in pain every day for the last 9 months. I am really lost.I have gone thorough numerous test to rule out my pleurisy; pleurisy biopsy, TB,infection- and all is NIL. Now the doctors says that they are not even sure I have SLE. What do I do. What more can I do. I am in pain. there are days I feel I am unconscious to avoid suffering.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since 9 months passed and still cause of pleurisy is not known?
After tuberculosis one of the most foremost reason of pleurisy is cancer , so please get in check it .
Who have not mentioned the amount of fluid drained or dried in between pleurae.
If drained (tapped) than upload the report over this site.
If possible upload the report of X ray chest P A view.
I f pleural ( drained ) fluid was sterile or infected?
In my opinion consult one more PULMONOLOGIST and get his opinion.
