Suffering with PCOS, mitral valve prolapse, on beta blockers, diazepamum, lead a healthy lifestyle. How can I get over this?

Hello, I m a 34 years old woman with PCOS and mytral valve prolapse (light regurgitation too). I m thin and slender, I don t have any obesity problems. I m regularly checked by my cardiologist and right now I m on a beta-blocker and diazepamum therapy ( Atenolol and Apaurin). Anyway, my arrhytmia lasts for two weeks now. I went to ER two days ago. Everybody just keeps repeting that it s normal and that it benign, but its just driving me crazy. What more can I do to get better. 8I don t drink, I don t smoke, I take Magnesium supplements and I lead a very healthy life).
