Suffering In Serious Pain, Numbness, Soreness And Prickly Feeling In Hips. X-ray Shows Vertebrate Compression. Solution
I have been suffering in serious pain, numbness, soreness and prickly feeling in hips down to my feet.I was x rayed and it showed some compression in 3 lower vertabrate, and was given MRI.Now i have been scheduled for some injections. What is all this mean and is it right for me and is it painful? I was told i might need surgery if this don't work.I am very nervous about all of it
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having sciatica and other pressure symptoms due to irritation and pressure on nerves at 3 lumbar vertebra. Local steroid injection might give rise to relief from your symptoms. Go for physiotherapy like back extension exercises, short way diathermy and lumbar traction will be helpful. Consult orthopedic surgeon and take his advice. Avoid lifting weight and bending forwards. Ok and take care.
